Teach them to defend themselves and avoid peer pressure, help increase their focus at school and develop skills that will last a lifetime." At MSK we are very proud of all our students especially the Junior members. The Dojo (training hall) is relaxed and friendly. You will hear laughter, encouragement and praise. This type of environment helps the students encourage each other to train harder. There are also classes for Adults. Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Junior classes are as follows: Monday and Wednesday 6.30pm to 7.30pm Saturday 10.30am to 11.30am Seniors (Adults) Monday and Wednesday 7.30pm to 9pm Saturday 11.30am to 1pm Cost per lesson Junior £4.00 Seniors £5.00 FIRST LESSON IS FREE
